HOW IS MY SIGN PACKED?

The Sign is packed in double carton mail order packaging. Very strong brown box filled with foam and Wooden case when necessary. This kind of packaging has been developed specially for the shipment of our signs to arrive safely to your location

WHAT HAPPEN IF MY SIGN ARRIVE BROKEN?

Please open your parcel immediately after receiving it. We will only accept claims within 3 days after delivery. Contact us here through message or email us at sales@polarisneon.com and send us detailed pictures and vedios if possible of the breakage, after reviewing and accepting your case we will send you a new spare parts or a new sign depending on the damage free of charge.

DOES IT COMES WITH A WARRANTY?

Yes, We offer a 1-year warranty on any manufacturing faults or defects and will repair or replace your neon if required( (cost for shipping covered by buyer). 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY SIGN?

We usually dispatch orders in 5-15 business days after receiving full payment of your order. The shipment costs about 8-15 days depends on your location and the way of shipment

 Are LED neon signs prone to breakages? What are they made of?

Our LED Neon is made from LED neon strips, with high quality acrylic as backing.

Compared to traditional expensive glass tube neon, our signs produce relatively no heat,  and Non-fragile - unlike glass neon, LED technology is durable and works Up to 50 000 Hours lifetime , also our neon signs work silently without buzzing sounds.

Can you use LED Neon Signs outdoor?

Yes, we can make it waterproof.  Please specify when you submit your custom order .

How long do the LED neon signs last?

The lifetime of LED light lasts a minimum of 30,000 hours. That is equivalent to 10 years if you turn on a neon sign for 10 hours per day. This is 3x times longer lifespan than traditional gas neon signs. 

Does it require any maintenance?

Not at all. LED is environmentally friendly and maintenance free.
